Lara Logan

 Lara Logan (born 29 March 1971) is an South African television and radio journalist and war reporter. She was an CBS News journalist from 2002 until 2018.60 Minutes executive Producer Jeff Fager called her factually incorrect and politically biased report concerning the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack "the most erroneous mistake I made on my 10-year-old television." She joined Sinclair Broadcast Group (a conservative media organization) in 2019. [4] In January 2020 she joined Fox Nation, a subscription streaming service run by Fox News. She claimed that she was "dumped" by Fox Nation in March 2022. Logan did her schooling as a reporter at the Sunday Tribune, Durban (1988-1989) as well as the Daily News (1990-1992). In 1992 she was hired by Reuters Television in Africa, primarily as a senior producer. After four years, she decided to branch out into freelance journalism. She was assigned as a reporter, editor/producer and editor/producer for Fox/SKY, Fox/SKY and CBS News, ABC News (in London), NBC and the European Broadcasting Union. CNN was her home, where she reported on events such as 1998's United States embassy bombings, in Nairobi and Tanzania. Also, the conflict between Northern Ireland and Kosovo.
